Do you require a retainer or any setup fees?
No, Virtual QA does not require a retainer
How does the typical workflow go?
We work within your EMR and apply the coding to the charts directly. For reviews, we utilize the comment/ feedback / corrections mechanisms that are in your EMR. With that said, we are flexible to work with any policies or practices your agency has.
